About Mike

· 1970- Graduated University of Windsor with B.A. in Psychology
· 1971- Claims adjuster with Co-Operator’s Insurance in London, Bodily Injury Specialist for 10 years
· 1972- Purchased a 4-plex in St. Thomas and started my lifelong passion for real estate
· 1982- “Retired” when my wife and I moved to Sundridge, built a log home, and began my career in real estate as a salesman, then broker
· 1987- Coined the first “NEAR NORTH” logo in this area when I founded “Near North Realty” located at 90 Main St, Sundridge. I owned and operated NNR for 29 years. This company was one of the last independent brokerages in the area
